  • Collectors and craft-minded drinkers value transparency, process, and connection to place. Natural variation becomes a feature rather than a risk when the brand is built around it honestly.

  • The brand frame fermentation as both process and narrative. Seasonal batch identifiers give each release its own context, capturing the specific conditions that shaped it. Each bottle represents a singular moment rather than a repeatable formula.
